Terms of Use
Last updated: July 18, 2026
By creating an account or using PrepTOEIC (website and mobile app), you accept these terms.
1. The service
PrepTOEIC is a training platform for the TOEIC® Listening & Reading test: placement test, personalized study path, exercises, mock exams and progress tracking.
The service is currently free. If paid offers are introduced, they will be subject to specific terms communicated in advance.
TOEIC is a registered trademark of ETS. PrepTOEIC is not affiliated with or endorsed by ETS. Estimated scores are indicative and do not guarantee any result on the official test.
2. Your account
You must be at least 15 years old (or have the consent of a legal guardian) to create an account.
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials confidential and for the accuracy of the information you provide.
You can pause or delete your account at any time from Profile → Account management.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to disrupt the service, not to attempt to access other users' data, not to bulk-extract content (scraping) and not to resell or redistribute the learning content.
We may suspend an account in case of abuse, with prior notice except in urgent cases.
4. Intellectual property
The learning content, the PrepTOEIC brand, the interface and the code remain our property or that of our licensors. You are granted a personal, non-commercial right of use.
The learning data about you remains yours — you can export it at any time.
5. Availability and liability
We provide the service "as is" with the diligence of a professional, without guarantee of uninterrupted availability.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to direct and foreseeable damages. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory legal warranties.
6. Changes and governing law
We may evolve the service and these terms; in case of substantial change you will be informed, and continued use will constitute acceptance.
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute falls under the competent French courts, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules.
