Format and flow

13 conversations × 3 questions. Some include a graphic (table, schedule) to cross-reference with what you hear.

Common traps

• Reading the questions too late and losing track;
• Mixing up who says what;
• Intent or implicit questions, which are harder.

Strategy

• Read the 3 questions BEFORE listening;
• Identify each speaker's role;
• For graphics, locate the info to cross-reference in advance.
